Job Description
Responsible for the front-end development of the company's web applications, ensuring consistency between technical implementation and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of front-end technical solutions, including but not limited to architecture design, performance optimization, etc.
- Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to ensure high-quality delivery of products.
- Continuously track the development trend of front-end technology, evaluate and introduce new technologies to enhance the team's technical capabilities.
- Guide and cultivate junior and intermediate engineers in the team to enhance the overall technical level of the team.
