Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Social Media & Community Manager to drive brand growth across digital platforms. This role combines strategic content planning with hands-on community engagement in the dynamic Web3 and AI space.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management & Growth
- Manage daily operations and growth of brand social media accounts (X, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies including product showcases, industry insights, educational materials, trending topics, and marketing campaigns
- Monitor industry trends in Crypto, Web3, AI Agent, and Trading sectors to create timely, relevant content
- Ensure content synergy and brand consistency across all social channels
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize content strategy
- Community Operations & Engagement
- Manage Telegram and other core community platforms
- Design and improve community growth mechanisms to boost user activity and retention
- Organize product-focused community events to drive authentic user interactions
- Collect and communicate user feedback to product and growth teams
- Monitor user behavior patterns to enhance community quality
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with GTM, BD, Product, and Design teams
- Align community plans with product roadmap milestones
- Maintain consistent messaging across regions and languages
- Analyze operational data to propose optimization strategies
Job Requirements
- Fluent English proficiency for professional communication and content creation
- 1-2 years experience in marketing/social media/community operations (full project lifecycle preferred)
- Background in Web3, AI Agent, or Trading projects is highly desirable
- Deep understanding of CT, Web3, and Meme culture with strong trend awareness
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong ownership
- Ability to develop comprehensive growth and retention strategies
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Chinese language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Active personal Twitter account with consistent content output
- Existing network within trading communities or KOL ecosystems
- Prior experience with Web3/AI/Trading projects
