Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for LLM-based Python/GO backend development and platform system architecture, implementing AI engineering applications.
• Responsible for system development based on Agent framework and RAG research and development.
• Responsible for model performance and system optimization, monitoring and deployment to improve performance and stability.
• Participate in the development of some AI functions and provide suggestions.
• Work closely with the production and research team to ensure that LLM functionality meets the requirements.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and/or GO programming languages.
• Experience with LLM-based development and AI engineering applications.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and backend development.
• Knowledge of Agent frameworks and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technologies.
• Ability to optimize model performance and system stability.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with production and research teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale AI model deployment and monitoring.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed systems.
• Background in natural language processing (NLP) or machine learning.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide innovative solutions.
