(Intelligence & Trading)
- Responsible for the core module design and development of quantitative trading systems for cryptocurrency exchanges
- Develop and maintain high-performance trading bots for strategy execution, order management, and risk control
- Optimize trading system performance to ensure stable operation with low latency and high concurrency
- Design and implement message queue architecture for processing real-time trading data streams
- Participate in the technical implementation of trading strategies and collaborate with quantitative teams to deploy strategies
- Monitor system operation status and quickly identify/resolve production environment issues
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of trading system components
- Implement automated trading algorithms and execution engines
- Conduct performance tuning and latency optimization
- Develop robust error handling and recovery mechanisms
- Create comprehensive system documentation and technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quant researchers and product managers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of Golang development experience with deep understanding of core features (goroutine, channel, GC)
- Proficient in mainstream Go frameworks (Gin, Echo, GORM) and microservices architecture
- Thorough understanding of message queue principles (Pulsar, Kafka) and application scenarios
- Expertise in relational database (MySQL, PostgreSQL) design, index optimization and SQL tuning
- Familiar with NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB) usage and performance optimization
- Knowledge of WebSocket and RESTful API design standards
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong coding standards awareness and refactoring capabilities
- Proficient in Git version control with good code review practices
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency or securities trading preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing cryptocurrency exchange or quantitative trading systems
- Familiarity with mainstream trading strategies (arbitrage, market making, trend following)
- Experience optimizing high-concurrency, low-latency systems
- Strong English reading skills for technical documentation
