Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Growth Expert (KOL Expansion) to join our team. Our platform, http://lmk.fun, is a data-driven replication trading platform supported by the 0xScope team. We are committed to helping users achieve more efficient trading decisions through innovative technology and data analysis. Our goal is to provide users with a secure, transparent, and easy-to-use trading environment. In this role, you will focus on expanding KOL (Key Opinion Leader) relationships and driving user growth in the English market.
Key Responsibilities
- KOL Relationship Development: Identify and engage KOLs who align with our brand values, and establish long-term cooperative relationships.
- Market Promotion: Collaborate with KOLs to plan and execute market promotion activities, enhancing brand exposure and user acquisition.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of KOL activities, evaluate their impact on user growth, and provide optimization recommendations.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with KOLs to develop content that aligns with our brand image and market positioning.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to ensure the smooth implementation of KOL activities.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, or growth hacking, preferably in the fintech or trading industry.
- Strong understanding of the English-speaking market and familiarity with key social media platforms (Twitter, YouTube, Telegram, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with KOLs.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinking to develop engaging content strategies in collaboration with KOLs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
