Key Responsibilities

• Develop Growth Strategies: Based on the company's business objectives, conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, user behavior, and competitive product dynamics to develop and implement comprehensive growth operation strategies, including user acquisition, activation, retention, and repurchase.
• Operation Activity Planning and Implementation: Plan and execute various online and offline growth activities, such as user acquisition, community operation, and content marketing. Enhance user engagement and conversion rates through creative planning and refined operation.
• Data Analysis and Optimization: Utilize data analysis tools to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operational activities in real time. Continuously optimize operational strategies through data-driven decision-making to improve operational efficiency.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, technology, and other departments to coordinate resources, drive the implementation of growth projects, and ensure the achievement of operational goals.
