Growth Lead at Berachain

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact and onboarding specialist for Vietnamese teams exploring the Berachain ecosystem.
• Introduce Vietnamese venture capital funds, family offices, prop shops, wallets, exchanges, infrastructure providers, corporate institutions, and projects to Berachain.
• Identify unique market opportunities in Vietnam, such as joint ventures or new user acquisition strategies.
• Discover synergies between Berachain's infrastructure (proof of liquidity, DeFi infrastructure, EVM on Cosmos) and potential DApps that can uniquely leverage these features.
• Collaborate with native DApps and builders to develop partnerships and composable feature sets for better ecosystem collaboration.
• Attract top builders to Berachain by leveraging existing networks and the Berachain brand, while facilitating deployments for blue-chip DApps from other chains.
• Work with engineering teams to prioritize product features and requirements based on DApp needs, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the blockchain market and competition to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and other teams to ensure successful product launches and improvements.
• Act as a user and protocol advocate, engaging with users, funds, protocols, and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, ecosystem growth, or partnerships within the blockchain or fintech space.
• Strong network within the Vietnamese blockchain and financial ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, and EVM-compatible chains.
• Ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities in Vietnam.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with engineering and product teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitive landscapes.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
