Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Community and Content Specialist. This role involves managing our international presence and ensuring effective communication across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for English translation and editing of relevant documents to maintain high-quality content standards
  • Manage and execute daily operations for overseas media platforms including Twitter, Medium, Telegram, and Discord
  • Engage with community users, gather feedback, and establish efficient communication channels between the community and internal teams
  • Plan and coordinate operational activities to enhance community engagement and platform growth
  • Monitor platform performance and user engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align community initiatives with company objectives
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in community management or digital marketing
  • Native or near-native proficiency in English with excellent writing and editing skills
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and community engagement strategies
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with analytics tools to track and measure community engagement
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the tech or blockchain industry
  • Multilingual capabilities
  • Graphic design or basic video editing skills
  • Experience with CRM systems
