Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Growth Operations Manager to drive data-driven growth strategies and optimize operational efficiency across multiple channels. This role is pivotal in scaling our affiliate program, measuring channel performance, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Growth Strategy Execution: Implement and optimize data-driven growth strategies across various channels, including partnerships, referrals, and incentive programs.
  • Operational Efficiency: Develop systems and processes that enable seamless execution of marketing campaigns, affiliate tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Channel Performance Measurement: Bring together all marketing channels and standardize reporting on their success, using 3rd party applications to gain insights on affiliate performance and other key metrics.
  • Data & Analytics: Utilize analytics tools to track key performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and refine growth initiatives based on data-driven decisions.
  • Affiliate Program Architecture: Iterate and scale an affiliate program to drive customer acquisition and retention. Develop tracking mechanisms, optimize incentive structures, and build strong relationships with key affiliates.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of growth initiatives across the company.
  • Market Research & Experimentation: Identify new opportunities for user acquisition and retention through market analysis and A/B testing.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in growth operations, performance marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making and performance measurement.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing programs and incentive structures.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and 3rd party applications for tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to develop and optimize scalable systems and processes.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on experimentation and continuous improvement.
