Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Twitter Space and official promotion operation strategies to drive engagement and growth.
• Identify and invite high-profile guests to participate in Twitter Space discussions, fostering meaningful conversations.
• Coordinate and oversee platform-related project operations, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with company goals.
• Plan and organize both online and offline blockchain conferences and activities, from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve results.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in Web3, blockchain, or related fields, with a strong understanding of the industry landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to execute Twitter Space and social media promotion strategies effectively.
• Strong network within the blockchain community to facilitate guest invitations and partnerships.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in planning and executing both online and offline events, preferably in the blockchain space.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
