Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Web3 Overseas Operations Manager to lead our Twitter Space and official promotion operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing strategic initiatives to enhance our brand presence in the global Web3 community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Twitter Space and official promotion operation strategies to drive engagement and growth.
- Identify and invite high-profile guests to participate in Twitter Space discussions, fostering meaningful conversations.
- Coordinate and oversee platform-related project operations, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with company goals.
- Plan and organize both online and offline blockchain conferences and activities, from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve results.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Web3, blockchain, or related fields, with a strong understanding of the industry landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to execute Twitter Space and social media promotion strategies effectively.
- Strong network within the blockchain community to facilitate guest invitations and partnerships.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in planning and executing both online and offline events, preferably in the blockchain space.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
