Job Description
The role is positioned to build and optimize the platform's operational system, taking full responsibility for growth and conversion outcomes. It involves overseeing channel ecosystems and user lifecycle management, establishing operational methodologies, mechanisms, and data systems to drive scalable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Goals & Strategy: Align with monthly/quarterly core KPIs, formulate growth strategies, and allocate resources (channel expansion, user segmentation, campaign mechanisms, outreach strategies).
- Channel Operations: Develop and optimize channel ecosystems (KOLs/agents/communities/content), design partnership frameworks and incentive models to enhance ROI and user quality.
- User Operations: Establish lifecycle and tiered user management (new-active-high value-churned/lost), improving registration→deposit→transaction conversion and retention.
- Campaigns & Productization: Lead campaign planning and post-analysis, drive productization of operational capabilities (campaign configuration, tasks/rewards, audience tagging, outreach middleware).
- Data Systems: Build dashboards and review mechanisms, monitor funnel metrics, retention, conversion, LTV, and continuously refine growth models.
- Team & Collaboration: Manage operational teams (channel/user/campaign), coordinate cross-functionally with product, tech, marketing, and support for project execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years in growth/user/channel operations with team management experience.
- Prior experience in leading domestic tech companies preferred.
- Proven ability to build systems from scratch (channels, user tiers, campaign mechanisms, data dashboards), strong data-driven decision-making and project execution skills.
- Results-oriented, resilient under pressure, exceptional cross-department collaboration and resource integration capabilities.
