Job Description
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition process by managing end-to-end recruitment activities across various positions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, crafting and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. You will serve as a bridge between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes including job requisition clarification, job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management
- Maintain close communication with hiring managers to understand position requirements and optimize job descriptions
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media platforms, professional networks) to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments, presenting qualified candidates to hiring teams
- Coordinate interview logistics, collect and consolidate interview feedback, and facilitate hiring decisions
- Manage offer negotiations, conduct background checks when applicable, and oversee onboarding processes
- Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pools to enhance recruitment efficiency
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, with preference given to candidates with BD recruitment background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across all levels
- Strong attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously with effective time management
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make sound judgments
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases is preferred
