Job Description
We are seeking an experienced partner specializing in Web3-RWA (Real World Assets) related products and technology to collaborate on building private equity RWA products and expanding enterprise resources. This role focuses on developing innovative solutions that bridge traditional finance with blockchain technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement the RWA issuance platform to facilitate asset tokenization
- Drive business implementation and adoption of RWA solutions
- Lead customer acquisition efforts and expand institutional partnerships
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with financial institutions
- Combine RWA digital assets expertise with financial industry knowledge to drive product innovation
- Spearhead market development initiatives for RWA products
- Identify new business opportunities in the RWA ecosystem
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product-market fit
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Web3 and RWA-related products and technologies
- Strong background in financial services or private equity markets
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain institutional partnerships
- Deep understanding of digital assets and blockchain technology
- Experience in product development and business implementation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with innovative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving Web3 environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in launching RWA or tokenization platforms
- Established network in the financial services industry
- Technical understanding of smart contracts and blockchain infrastructure
- Experience working with regulatory frameworks for digital assets
