Key Responsibilities
- Market Insight & Requirements Management: Conduct market research, gather user requirements, and perform in-depth analysis for Web3 RWA products, identifying market gaps and growth opportunities.
- Product Planning & Design: Write, optimize, and review detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), clearly outlining product feature roadmaps and development directions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Drive: Collaborate with development, design, operations, and other teams to articulate product requirements, closely monitor project progress, and actively drive the full product lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Deeply analyze user data and feedback, continuously iterate and optimize products, track feature development and acceptance, and propose forward-looking optimization plans.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in product management, particularly in the Web3 or blockchain space. The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience in product management with a focus on Web3 or blockchain technologies
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret market trends and user needs
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
