Job Description
As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project execution, ensuring seamless collaboration between development, testing, and operations teams. Your responsibilities will span across project management, defect tracking, product testing, and cross-functional coordination to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Track project progress, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery. Develop project plans, monitor task completion, and proactively resolve blockers.
- Defect Tracking: Manage product defects (Bugs) through resolution and deployment. Collaborate with developers to analyze and troubleshoot issues.
- Product Testing: Design test cases based on requirements. Conduct functional, integration, and acceptance testing to ensure product stability pre-launch.
- Communication: Maintain efficient collaboration with PMs, developers, and Ops in fast-paced environments. Lead technical discussions and retrospectives.
- Documentation: Maintain project reports, test documentation, and issue trackers. Systematize technical knowledge for team sharing.
- Monitoring: Utilize tools like Sentry to monitor production issues and drive optimizations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field preferred
- 2-4 years experience in Technical Program Management (TPM) or development (full-stack/backend background advantageous)
- Proficient in project management methodologies and Agile practices
- Experienced in defect tracking using tools like JIRA
- Skilled in test case design and defect verification processes
- Basic Linux operations skills for server checks and log analysis
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Sentry) configuration
- Working knowledge of Git version control
- CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency for technical documentation
- Quick learner with openness to new technologies
- Results-driven with strong stress tolerance
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate from 211/985 universities
- PMP or Scrum Master certification
- Google Cloud/AWS management experience
- Technical development background
- CI/CD pipeline expertise
- TOEFL/IELTS high scorers with fluent English
