Job Description
As a Product Manager for Momentum's core Web3 product line, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision and execution of key DeFi modules including CLMM, ve3,3, veTokenomics, DeFi incentives, financial derivatives, prediction markets, and the ve3,3 model. Your role will encompass comprehensive product lifecycle management from conceptualization to implementation and ongoing optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop product strategies and growth directions (TVL, trading depth, user retention) based on market trends, on-chain data analysis, and competitor research
- Continuously enhance DeFi product experience across trading paths, liquidity provision flows, yield display, voting & incentive mechanisms
- Monitor industry developments and rapidly formulate strategic recommendations for emerging Crypto trends (Perp, TGL, LRT, Points, Aggregator, next-gen AMM)
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Design, Operations, and BD teams to deliver high-quality roadmap implementations
- Oversee long-term product maintenance including mechanism iterations, parameter optimization, performance improvements, and risk/MEV/slippage management
- Demonstrate deep understanding of underlying mechanisms including mathematical models, logical frameworks, resource flows, and systemic impacts
- Drive problem resolution, resource coordination, and project timeline management
- Serve as product lead for professional exchanges with partners regarding integrations and joint initiatives
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years product experience with at least 3 years focused on DeFi or crypto-native products
- Expertise in DeFi fundamentals: CLMM, ve3,3, farming, staking, voting incentives, liquidity mechanisms, prediction markets, financial derivatives
- Strong analytical capabilities including on-chain data structures, metric systems, growth models with ability to derive optimization strategies
- Proven execution ability and ownership mentality with systematic thinking and goal-oriented approach
- Fluent English proficiency for global ecosystem communication and technical documentation comprehension
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduation from 211/985 universities preferred
- Familiarity with SUI ecosystem products and protocols
- Hands-on experience with on-chain interactions beyond trading (wallets, asset management, protocol logic)
- Experience designing tokenomics, trading mechanisms or incentive systems
- High TOEFL/IELTS scores demonstrating exceptional English communication
