Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth demand research to uncover market opportunities and user preferences, translating findings into actionable product strategies.
• Design, plan, and implement Onchain trading products, including spot trading, index products, derivatives, and other specialized trading varieties, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans for new trading products, coordinating with engineering, compliance, and operations teams to deliver on-time, high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product operations to drive business growth, optimize user engagement, and enhance trading product performance through continuous iteration and feedback loops.
• Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to monitor industry trends, assess competitive landscapes, and refine product strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless integration of resources and alignment of objectives.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and market dynamics to identify innovation opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the trading ecosystem.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in product management or trading product development within the blockchain or fintech industry, with a strong track record of successful launches.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate market data, user behavior, and competitive trends, coupled with the ability to convert insights into practical strategies.
• Strong understanding of trading mechanisms, including spot, derivatives, and index products, and their implementation on blockchain platforms.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies to oversee complex product development cycles and ensure timely delivery of results.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Ability to articulate product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to trading products, with a focus on risk management and user protection.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges in product design, implementation, and market adoption, with a proactive approach to innovation.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business impact and deadlines.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred for global collaboration and communication.
