Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and organize industry-specific data and company-level information to support investment strategies and market research initiatives.
• Prepare detailed analysis reports that provide actionable insights for decision-making, ensuring accuracy and relevance to business goals.
• Support project execution by coordinating with institutional stakeholders, drafting persuasive roadshow materials, and constructing financial models that align with investment objectives.
• Facilitate communication between the team and industry investment institutions, ensuring seamless information flow and relationship management.
• Conduct in-depth research on emerging trends, technologies, and market dynamics within the Web3 ecosystem to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate on cross-functional tasks, including data sorting, report formatting, and stakeholder engagement, to enhance operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the development of strategic plans by leveraging data-driven insights and maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of quality, timeliness, and professionalism while adapting to evolving project requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of research initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and industry benchmarks.
• Provide expert support in the creation of visual presentations, ensuring clarity, coherence, and persuasive impact for internal and external audiences.

Job Requirements

• Excellent proficiency in creating visually compelling presentations (PPT) and performing advanced data analysis using Excel, with a strong emphasis on precision and clarity.
• Deep understanding of the underlying logic and technical foundations of Web3, including blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized systems.
• Strong analytical and research skills to evaluate complex data sets, identify patterns, and synthesize findings into coherent narratives.
• Proven ability to work independently under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organizational discipline.
• Passion for innovation and entrepreneurship, with a demonstrated interest in exploring new technologies and business models within the Web3 space.
