Investor Relations Director at Eden

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with venture capital firms and other investors
• Develop and implement investor relations strategies to support the company's financing needs
• Communicate the company's financial performance, growth strategies, and investment opportunities to potential investors
• Organize and participate in investor meetings, roadshows, and presentations
• Prepare investor materials including presentations, reports, and other communication documents
• Monitor and analyze market trends and investor feedback to provide strategic insights
• Coordinate with internal teams including finance, legal, and executive management on investor-related matters

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, or related field
• Strong understanding of financial markets and venture capital ecosystem
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and key stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with technology startups or high-growth companies
• Existing network of venture capital contacts in the industry
• MBA or CFA certification is a plus
