Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Build the fund brand and convey IOSG's value to increase market awareness and recognition.
• Manage communication and collaboration with domestic and overseas partners, maintaining relationships with other funds and industry resources.
• Handle post-investment management, working with investment managers to develop and monitor the market performance of portfolio companies globally.
• Track, collect, and analyze business trends and financial performance of peer companies, monitoring policy changes and industry trends to provide comparative reports and improvement recommendations.
• Maintain investor relationships, manage information disclosure, and expand client channels.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in investor relations, brand management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and networking skills for both domestic and international collaborations.
• Ability to analyze industry trends and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in post-investment management and working with investment teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred for effective communication.
