Job Description
This position is primarily responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for the company. The role involves developing and implementing effective hiring strategies to attract top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand specific position requirements
  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring reports
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Proven track record of successful hiring in competitive job markets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Creative approach to sourcing and attracting candidates
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with employer branding initiatives
  • Certification in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
