Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and optimize our Lark platform operations. The role involves overseeing Lark's private deployment, approval workflows, automation integration, and developer platform utilization. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining automation capabilities and products, collaborating with the team to enhance Microsoft IAM architecture, and contributing to digital workspace initiatives (including application ecosystems, endpoint management, and account/device lifecycle management). Daily user support for related domains is also expected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Lark platform operations
- Oversee Lark private deployment and maintenance
- Handle Lark approval deployment, management, and automation integration
- Utilize and administer the Lark developer platform
- Apply automation capabilities and maintain automation products
- Collaborate with the team to improve Microsoft IAM architecture
- Contribute to digital workspace construction (application ecosystems, endpoint management, account/device lifecycle management)
- Provide daily user support for related domains
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in deploying and maintaining Microsoft IAM architecture
- At least 3 years of experience maintaining Lark (or Feishu) systems
- Proven experience in enterprise application ecosystems and endpoint management
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, etc.) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills for user support and team coordination
