Job Description
1. End-to-end HR empowerment for business units Deeply collaborate with core business departments such as exchange operations, marketing, commercial, risk control, and product technology. Gain in-depth understanding of CEX industry business models, team structures, and objectives. Develop tailored HR plans, recruitment strategies, and workforce optimization solutions to support key business goals like trading volume growth and overseas market expansion. 2. Full-channel talent acquisition Proficient in overseas Web3 and CEX talent channels. Independently execute end-to-end recruitment processes including talent sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, onboarding follow-up, and background checks. Rapidly build localized overseas business teams. 3. Team management and talent pipeline development Establish talent pipelines for business teams. Oversee employee onboarding, probation period management, performance implementation, promotion/dismissal decisions, and talent reviews. Design incentive mechanisms and performance evaluation systems tailored to CEX industry characteristics to enhance team vitality and reduce attrition in key positions. 4. Employee relations and team culture management Manage employee relations for overseas stationed teams and remote teams. Handle employee communications, conflict resolution, transfers, and exit interviews. Foster a multicultural team environment that enhances cohesion and addresses challenges in remote collaboration. 5. HR compliance and risk control Understand CEX industry HR red lines, employment risks, and local labor regulations. Mitigate recruitment risks, compliance issues, and PR risks. Conduct compliance training and behavior management in alignment with business risk control systems. 6. HR data analysis and optimization Regularly produce HR reports covering recruitment efficiency, role fit, attrition rates, and performance metrics. Optimize HR strategies based on business pain points to support decision-making.

Job Requirements
1. Mandatory experience Minimum 3 years as dedicated HRBP in CEX digital asset exchange industry. Must understand core business functions (operations, marketing, risk control, commercial) and talent profiles. Candidates without CEX experience will not be considered. 2. Professional competencies Expertise in all HR functional areas with strong capabilities in workforce planning, team motivation, and talent assessment. Must demonstrate exceptional business acumen to quickly grasp exchange operations and deliver HR solutions aligned with business needs. 3. Core qualifications Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-regional/departmental collaboration. High stress tolerance for Web3's fast-paced environment. Strong confidentiality awareness and risk management capabilities to protect sensitive information. 4. Preferred qualifications Overseas residency preferred.
