Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our team, focusing on the development and optimization of our spot/contract trading order system. This role involves working on the CEX server, implementing business requirements, and driving technological advancements. The ideal candidate will lead middle to senior R&D personnel, ensuring successful delivery of business iteration requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business requirements for the CEX server spot/contract order system, optimizing and evolving core technologies.
- Lead middle/senior R&D personnel to implement business iteration requirements independently.
- Collaborate with the technical leader to continuously optimize and restructure the existing system based on actual needs.
- Maintain excellent product sense and collaboration awareness, ensuring alignment with team goals.
- Adhere to good development habits and a deep understanding of agile development lifecycle management.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Java development, with experience in spot/contract trading systems preferred.
- Strong ability to lead and mentor middle/senior R&D personnel.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system optimization.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and development lifecycle management.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork.
