- Locate and resolve customer issues to ensure system normal operation
- Collaborate effectively with team members to complete functional development tasks
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in software development
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with system optimization and performance tuning
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of trading systems or financial technology is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with distributed systems and high-availability architectures
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of modern programming languages and frameworks
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
