Job Description
We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team and contribute to the development of Injective Protocol. You will collaborate with global cross-functional teams to build and enhance features, ensuring the product meets the needs of our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with cross functional teams from around the world to build and enhance features for Injective Protocol
- Create and maintain the roadmap/milestones with strategic priorities in mind
- Deliver detailed product requirement documents and design; propose implementation plans; iterate on feedback; and ship products in a timely manner
- Interview and interact with the community to ensure their needs are met
- Manage the entire product life cycle and drive product development with engineering team
- Prioritize initiatives and projects appropriately
- Perform market research and analysis
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in blockchain or fintech
- Strong understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) and blockchain technology
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with global teams
- Ability to create detailed product documentation and roadmaps
- Experience in managing product life cycles and working with engineering teams
- Strong analytical skills for market research and data-driven decision making
- Passion for blockchain technology and the future of decentralized finance
