Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Community Growth Manager to develop and execute Injective Labs’s community growth initiatives. This role involves managing existing programs, launching new initiatives, and integrating community efforts with broader marketing strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Injective Labs’s strategy for community growth, including programs like community moderator programs, affiliate trading programs, and ambassador programs.
  • Manage existing programs, collaborate with program members, and expand globally to enhance community reach.
  • Launch new community programs for Injective and Injective Labs’s products to foster engagement and adoption.
  • Document and track growth metrics for each program, including data on learnings, campaigns, and content performance.
  • Integrate community programs with larger marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities to align community efforts with brand and event marketing strategies.
  • Create compelling content showcasing community activities for platforms like Twitter, email marketing, blogs, and other social sites.
  • Increase exposure of community programs and continuously onboard talented individuals to strengthen the community.
  • Collaborate with external writers, content producers, and community moderators to facilitate content creation, including blogs, email newsletters, and instructional videos.
  • Manage the Injective community and oversee community moderators to ensure a positive and engaging environment.
  • Collect and analyze community feedback to inform overarching strategies and improvements.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in community management, growth strategies, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain, DeFi, and the crypto ecosystem, preferably with experience in Web3 communities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to create and execute data-driven strategies to measure and optimize community growth.
  • Experience managing social media platforms, content creation, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative programs that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple programs and track progress effectively.
  • Passion for building and nurturing online communities, with a focus on inclusivity and engagement.
