Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and negotiate relationships with high net worth individuals (HNWIs) to attract them as clients for our cryptocurrency exchange platform.
• Manage long-term relationships with HNWIs, providing personalized service and support as their primary contact.
• Engage with key opinion leaders and influencers in Vietnam's cryptocurrency and blockchain communities to boost our brand and attract HNWIs.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and local crypto regulations in Vietnam to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure strategies are aligned with business objectives and Vietnamese regulations.
• Promote our exchange at industry events, conferences, and media platforms in Vietnam, effectively communicating our value proposition and vision to potential HNW clients.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in relationship management, preferably with HNWIs in financial services or cryptocurrency sectors.
• Strong understanding of Vietnam's cryptocurrency market and regulatory environment.
• Excellent networking and negotiation skills with the ability to engage key stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in Vietnamese and English.
• Willingness to travel and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
