Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to company management and business departments regarding products, operational activities, potential regulatory issues, business risks and compliance matters
• Offer specialized legal guidance and support for cryptocurrency operations, particularly futures and spot trading, ensuring compliance with target country regulations and international laws
• Develop and maintain the company's compliance framework including drafting user agreements and establishing KYC/AML processes that meet regulatory requirements
• Serve as the company's representative when communicating with regulatory agencies, law enforcement, and external legal counsel
• Identify and highlight legal risks throughout business operations and processes
• Provide legal analysis and recommendations regarding cryptocurrency-related commercial transactions, new products, customer terms, vendor contracts, and marketing materials

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience in financial services or fintech legal counsel roles preferred
• Knowledge of KYC/AML procedures and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical business solutions
• Strong sense of team spirit and ability to collaborate across multiple functions
• Experience interfacing with regulatory agencies and external legal counsel
