Job Description
This role provides comprehensive administrative, logistical, and research support to ensure smooth operations within the legal and finance teams. The position involves coordinating team activities, managing documentation, supporting cross-departmental initiatives, and conducting specialized research in blockchain and crypto regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative & Logistical Support:
- Coordinate team logistics including organizing meetings, managing schedules, and handling correspondence
- Format documents, prepare presentations, and assist with internal document management
- Manage legal subscriptions, access permissions, and serve as primary contact for legal tools/software
- Track deliverables, follow up on action items, and maintain project boards (e.g., Asana)
- Documentation & Contract Management:
- Develop/maintain team workspaces and archive outdated files
- Support contract management workflow including tracking, version control, and execution monitoring
- Create Forum posts and team communications about ongoing initiatives
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Gather and analyze data for legal and finance team initiatives
- Assist with financial planning tasks including data entry, spreadsheet updates, and expense tracking
- Help produce simple financial reports for planning and budgeting
- Research & Analysis:
- Research blockchain, crypto laws, regulations, and Polkadot ecosystem market trends
- Track industry developments, compile data reports, and analyze trends
- Stay current on blockchain technology and relevant software development concepts
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative support roles
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Proficiency in document formatting and presentation tools
- Experience with contract management and version control
- Basic financial data processing and reporting skills
- Research capabilities with focus on blockchain/crypto regulations
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
