The Boka Community Builder (Ecology) plays a crucial role in fostering engagement and maintaining a vibrant community both internally and externally. This position involves managing digital platforms, organizing activities, and ensuring the community remains active and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and oversee internal forum and chat tools to support team communication.
- Support the growth and management of the public forum to enhance user engagement.
- Cultivate a positive community culture by hosting chats and encouraging participation.
- Organize activities to promote development, participation, and sustainability of the external community.
- Report on community development, analyze data-driven insights, and gather feedback to represent the community's voice.
- Measure the effectiveness of community initiatives based on business objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest technological trends and provide educational resources for the community.
- Work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Collaboration & Teamwork
The Community Builder will collaborate closely with social media managers, content creators, technology educators, and developer advocates to ensure cohesive and impactful community strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse community members.
- Experience in community management, forum moderation, or digital engagement.
