This role is pivotal in driving growth for our platform by identifying and securing high-quality crypto projects for listing. As a Listing Business Development Specialist, you will act as the primary liaison between our team and the broader blockchain ecosystem, focusing on global market expansion. Your responsibilities will span from prospecting and evaluating potential projects to facilitating their onboarding and ensuring a seamless listing experience. You will also serve as the first point of contact for existing token projects, providing dedicated customer service and support. This position requires a deep understanding of the crypto industry, strong networking skills, and the ability to navigate complex processes with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new project leads by identifying quality issuance opportunities through market research and industry networking.
- Proactively engage with token projects, founders, and developers across multiple blockchain protocols to build relationships and uncover potential collaborations.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of projects, their target audiences, and market positioning to align with our listing criteria and strategic goals.
- Act as the front-facing account customer service partner for existing token projects, ensuring timely communication and resolving queries effectively.
- Perform comprehensive due diligence on commercial aspects of crypto projects, including financial viability, team credibility, and market demand.
- Collaborate closely with issuing teams to gather necessary documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Guide crypto projects through the onboarding process, coordinating with internal departments to streamline listing procedures and enhance user experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in securing top-tier projects for listing.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to attract new projects, leveraging both digital and traditional networking channels.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, listing status, and market performance to support informed decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in crypto market expansion, preferably with a background in blockchain or fintech industries.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse stakeholders and present compelling value propositions.
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate project potential, market risks, and financial metrics effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology fundamentals and familiarity with major protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain).
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and project management software to track leads and coordinate workflows.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills being a plus for global market engagement.
