Job Description:
Position: UI/UX Designer
- Responsible for the overall UI/UX design of products, including user experience flows, interaction design, and visual design, to enhance product usability and user experience.
- Participate in product requirement discussions, combining user needs and business objectives to deliver high-quality design solutions (wireframes, prototypes, design drafts, etc.).
- Optimize product information architecture and user paths to improve conversion rates and user retention.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to ensure high-quality implementation of design solutions.
- Continuously track user feedback and data performance to iterate and optimize design experiences.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a design-related field.
- 2+ years of UI/UX design experience, with preference given to candidates with experience in internet, fintech, or Web3 products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
- Strong sense of user experience and aesthetic ability, capable of balancing user experience with business needs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to drive design implementation.
