Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies in current cryptocurrency market making strategies for high-frequency trading and propose improvement solutions
• Optimize cryptocurrency market making strategy for high-frequency trading to improve trading performance
• Understand and improve order execution strategies and related logic, optimizing order placement
• Monitor trading performance of market makers and conduct profit (PnL) analysis on strategies
• Execute market making and arbitrage strategies on both centralized exchanges (CEX) and decentralized exchanges (DEX)
• Perform statistical and data analysis to explore potential trading opportunities
• Collaborate with project managers, quants, and developers to integrate team insights into strategy development
• Share insights about existing and new strategies to drive innovation within the team
• Develop efficient algorithms to enhance trading strategies

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and high-frequency trading principles
• Experience with market making strategies and arbitrage opportunities
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data-driven decision making
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of both centralized and decentralized exchange mechanisms
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Experience in algorithmic trading strategy development
• Excellent communication skills for sharing insights and strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• Experience with quantitative analysis in cryptocurrency markets
• Programming skills in Python, C++, or similar languages
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and smart contracts
• Prior experience in a trading firm or financial institution
