Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a DeFi Trading Algorithm Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge automated trading algorithms specifically tailored to decentralized finance (DeFi) venues. You will work closely with our quantitative team to create innovative solutions for automated DeFi trading.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cutting-edge automated trading algorithms for DeFi venues, including liquidity provision, quantitative trading, and arbitrage strategies
- Design, build, and maintain on-chain automated trading systems in collaboration with our quantitative team
- Work closely with our broader quantitative trading and research team to create innovative solutions for automated DeFi trading
- Continuously monitor and optimize trading algorithms to ensure peak performance in dynamic DeFi markets
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in DeFi protocols and trading strategies
Job Requirements
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Rust, or Solidity
- Experience with blockchain technology and smart contract development
- Understanding of decentralized finance protocols and trading mechanisms
- Knowledge of quantitative trading strategies and financial markets
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in algorithmic trading or quantitative finance
- Familiarity with Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and other blockchain architectures
- Experience with backtesting trading strategies
- Understanding of game theory and mechanism design as applied to DeFi
