Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and analytical Trader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing daily trading activities, analyzing market trends, and managing risks to ensure optimal trading performance. This role requires strong quantitative skills, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance trading strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily trading activities, including but not limited to buy/sell orders, and monitor market dynamics.
- Analyze market trends, data, and economic events, and use quantitative tools and models to predict market trends.
- Manage transaction risks and ensure compliance with the risk management strategies set by the company.
- Collaborate with the technical team to continuously optimize trading algorithms and tools.
- Prepare trading reports, analyze trading results, and provide feedback and strategy adjustment suggestions to the team.
- Track the latest industry developments and technological innovations to maintain the company's competitive advantage in the industry.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in trading, market analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in statistical tools and models.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with trading platforms and financial software is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Experience with algorithmic trading and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance standards.
