Job Description:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries and providing online customer service support. Your primary duties will include addressing questions related to exchange operations, account management, and trading procedures.
You will communicate fluently in English with clients to ensure accurate information delivery and efficient issue resolution. Additionally, you will collect customer feedback and suggestions, collaborating with the team to enhance service processes and improve user experience.
This role requires adherence to scheduled shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts (rotational basis). Regular participation in training sessions is mandatory to continuously upgrade your professional knowledge and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via online platforms.
- Assist clients with account-related issues, transaction processes, and platform navigation.
- Document and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service quality and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients.
- Strong Chinese language skills to accurately understand and convey work-related information.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support roles, preferably within an exchange or financial services environment.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, with the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer applications and office software, along with basic networking knowledge.
