Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Event Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing various marketing activities to drive user engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing events, including activity planning, resource coordination, promotion strategy, schedule tracking, and effect evaluation
- Identify trending topics and timely plan event strategies based on industry trends, hot topics, and holidays
- Coordinate KOL cooperation activities and collaborate with other companies in the industry to plan joint events
- Collect, monitor, and analyze event data to identify and solve problems
- Analyze user behavior and plan targeted activities based on user scenarios to improve conversion rates
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in event planning or marketing
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
