Job Description
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive branding and marketing strategies to support the organization's integrated marketing approach. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to enhance brand visibility and influence across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement branding & marketing strategies to create actionable marketing plans
- Establish and maintain relationships with market KOLs to enhance industry visibility
- Manage corporate leaders' public relations communication system and personalized marketing
- Oversee social media operations including strategy formulation, media matrix building (short videos, live broadcasts, social media, forums), and coordination with operations specialists
- Develop and maintain social media data analysis and user feedback evaluation systems
- Design and maintain online promotion and advertising for company brands and products
- Analyze promotion data to improve drainage and conversion rates
- Coordinate offline market activities with online publicity for maximum impact
- Monitor and analyze competitive brands' marketing strategies
- Develop and implement the company's SEO and ASO optimization plans
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing management roles
- Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret marketing data
- Experience in KOL management and public relations
- Knowledge of SEO/ASO optimization techniques
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing or related field
- Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing environments
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
