As a Community Penetration specialist, you will be tasked with developing and executing promotional campaigns that drive user adoption and engagement. This includes designing onboarding processes for new users, organizing community events, and leveraging social media platforms to amplify the wallet's reach. Additionally, you will need to analyze user feedback and market data to refine marketing approaches and improve overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end community penetration initiatives, including market research, partnership development, and collaboration execution.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the wallet's ecosystem, focusing on user acquisition and retention.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design, legal) to ensure alignment with business objectives and project timelines.

Job Requirements
