This position focuses on building and expanding the community ecosystem for a public chain wallet. The core responsibilities include conducting comprehensive market research to identify opportunities for wallet integration, coordinating with business development teams to establish partnerships, and overseeing the entire lifecycle of collaboration projects from initial negotiations to final execution. Key tasks involve creating and implementing marketing strategies that align with the wallet's ecosystem goals, managing KOL (Key Opinion Leader) operations to enhance brand visibility, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders. The role also requires monitoring market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the Web3 space.
As a Community Penetration specialist, you will be tasked with developing and executing promotional campaigns that drive user adoption and engagement. This includes designing onboarding processes for new users, organizing community events, and leveraging social media platforms to amplify the wallet's reach. Additionally, you will need to analyze user feedback and market data to refine marketing approaches and improve overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end community penetration initiatives, including market research, partnership development, and collaboration execution.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the wallet's ecosystem, focusing on user acquisition and retention.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design, legal) to ensure alignment with business objectives and project timelines.
  • Manage KOL relationships and operations, including content creation, influencer outreach, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Design and execute promotional campaigns across multiple channels, such as social media, email marketing, and community events.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with partners, KOLs, and stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of KOL operations, including influencer outreach, content strategy, and performance measurement metrics.
