Job Description
The position is for a P2P & Fiat Market Manager who will be responsible for overseeing global marketing campaigns related to P2P and fiat transactions. This role involves end-to-end execution from planning to implementation, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery. The manager will maintain and update marketing activity tracking sheets with 100% accuracy and traceability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as business development, design, and content is essential to ensure smooth execution and consistency. The role also includes analyzing campaign performance data, extracting insights, and driving continuous optimization. Additionally, the manager will design, test, and iterate marketing strategies based on user behavior, campaign results, and channel performance. Exploring new content angles, creative formats, customer acquisition channels, and communication strategies is a key part of the job. Benchmarking competitors and proposing innovative marketing solutions tailored to regional market demands is required. The manager will develop and execute localized marketing plans for various fiat markets (e.g., Latin America, MENA, Central Asia, Southeast Asia) and work closely with local BD teams to ensure regional content alignment and localization. Pre-launch reviews and standardized quality control processes will be implemented to guarantee content accuracy and cultural appropriateness.

- Conduct pre-launch reviews and quality control to ensure content accuracy and cultural fit.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of marketing experience in the crypto or Web3 industry, with direct involvement in P2P or fiat-related campaigns.
- At least 3 years of overall marketing experience, with a proven track record of managing regional or global campaigns.
- Deep understanding of OTC and P2P products—mandatory.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, able to collaborate with diverse teams across time zones.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, CRM platforms, campaign tracking tools)—mandatory.
- Excellent data analysis skills, capable of translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to propose innovative ideas while maintaining execution efficiency.
- Adaptable to fast-paced, multicultural environments; experience with global or remote teams is a plus.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, able to partner effectively with product, business, and design teams.
- Fluent in English—mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage.
