Job Description
This role is responsible for leading market strategic planning and overseeing the marketing department's overall operations. The candidate will drive marketing initiatives across branding, public relations, events, and user growth while managing a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and department-wide work plans, including specific implementation approaches for promotions, branding, PR, and events
- Manage omnichannel marketing and user growth across the entire industry, conducting quality and progress monitoring by channel and region
- Lead and mentor the industry marketing team to achieve performance targets
- Oversee KOL targeting initiatives, identifying suitable influencers through international channels and expanding the KOL network
- Deepen relationships with key KOLs while tracking cooperation progress
- Analyze competitors' KOL content strategies to optimize marketing programs
- Fulfill diverse content marketing and promotional requirements
Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience in strategic marketing planning and execution
- Proven track record in omnichannel marketing and user growth management
- Strong expertise in KOL/influencer marketing and partnership development
- Excellent analytical skills for competitive benchmarking
- Leadership experience managing marketing teams
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans
- International marketing experience preferred

The successful candidate will be evaluated on marketing ROI, user growth rates, KOL partnership effectiveness, and team performance against strategic objectives.
