We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual to join our team as a Gaming Platform Marketing Specialist. This role will focus on developing and executing publishing strategies across mainstream gaming and social platforms, with a significant budget allocation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Japanese gaming market and a proven track record of optimizing performance through innovative ad formats and data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement publishing strategies for mainstream gaming platforms and social media platforms with considerable budget allocation
- Explore and test different advertising formats to optimize campaign performance and ROI
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the Japanese gaming market to identify growth opportunities and optimization potential
- Optimize marketing funnels to increase campaign effectiveness and drive incremental growth
- Generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on data analysis
- Prioritize and execute A/B tests and experimental campaigns to validate hypotheses
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and cross-functional teams to implement and upgrade growth initiatives
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the gaming industry
- Proven track record of managing large marketing budgets and optimizing campaign performance
- Deep understanding of the Japanese gaming market and consumer behavior
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing strategies
- Experience with various advertising formats and platforms in the gaming ecosystem
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to generate insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms
- Fluent in English; Japanese language skills are a strong plus
