Job Description
We are looking for a talented Content Marketing Specialist to develop and execute our content strategy. You will be responsible for creating engaging, SEO-optimized content across various formats while maintaining our brand voice and meeting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Planning - Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals, brand voice, and target audience needs. Maintain and own the content calendar to ensure consistent, timely delivery.
- Content Creation - Produce high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content across multiple formats, including blog posts, website copy, press releases, email campaigns, social media posts, infographics, guides, case studies, whitepapers, and video scripts.
- SEO Optimization - Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page SEO elements, and ensure all content meets best practices for organic search visibility. Monitor and improve content performance through analytics.
- PR & Media Outreach - Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership pieces. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets to secure coverage and enhance brand reputation.
- Research & Insights - Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Gather data and insights to ensure content is relevant, timely, and aligned with audience interests.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting - Monitor content KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and media mentions. Provide actionable recommendations based on performance analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in content marketing, copywriting, or PR, preferably in tech or blockchain industries.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging narratives.
- Proven knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
- Experience in PR campaigns and media outreach.
- Excellent research, time management, and project management skills.
- Fluency in English; fluency in Chinese is a plus.
