Job Description
This position is responsible for comprehensive market cooperation and promotional activities management. The candidate will independently plan and execute marketing strategies based on project progress, while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation. Key responsibilities include designing end-to-end promotional solutions, monitoring market performance metrics, and maintaining long-term partnerships with stakeholders. The role requires proactive engagement in market research, creative content development, and data-driven decision-making to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute market cooperation initiatives, including but not limited to partnership development, event coordination, and campaign management, with full autonomy and accountability for project outcomes.
- Design and implement both online and offline promotional activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand positioning while maintaining rigorous data collection and analysis processes.
- Conduct in-depth market partner exploration, negotiate terms for strategic collaborations, and establish sustainable partnership frameworks through continuous relationship management.
- Develop comprehensive brand publicity plans, including creative content creation, media strategy formulation, and promotional material writing, while tracking campaign performance and ROI through detailed data monitoring systems.
- Coordinate communication with domestic and international media outlets, manage media relations, and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related fields with proven success in partnership development and campaign execution.
- Excellent strategic thinking capabilities and strong analytical skills to interpret market data and optimize promotional strategies for maximum impact.
- Proficiency in creating visually appealing promotional materials, including digital content, print media, and multimedia presentations, using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with ability to negotiate effectively with international partners and manage cross-cultural media relations.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and operations, to achieve business goals.
- Proficient in using data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of promotional activities and reports.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and develop innovative solutions to address business challenges and opportunities.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing) and offline marketing strategies (events, exhibitions, partnerships).
