Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced P2P Merchant Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our merchant ecosystem through strategic initiatives, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement merchant growth strategies including recruitment, tiered operations, incentive mechanisms, and channel expansion
- Analyze merchant performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth
- Lead cross-departmental projects and marketing campaigns to enhance merchant engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to improve retention and transaction volume
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to optimize merchant experience and platform features
- Support international business expansion with English as working language
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years of operational experience
- Prior experience in B2B operations, merchant operations or platform operations preferred
- Proven track record in B2B growth operations and merchant ecosystem development
- Strong data analysis skills with ability to derive insights and formulate strategies
- Excellent project management and event planning capabilities
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills with strong execution ability
- Familiarity with internet platforms, fintech or digital asset industry operations
- Experience in C2C/P2P trading platforms or merchant operations is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Crypto, digital currency exchanges or Web3 industry
- Background in B2B Growth, Merchant Growth, Merchant Success or merchant ecosystem operations
- Knowledge of C2C/P2P trading models and transaction growth strategies
- Existing network of industry merchants, channels or key account resources
