Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist new members in joining the community, providing guidance to help them navigate platform features and integrate seamlessly.
- Organize and execute interactive activities such as quizzes, webinars, and workshops to boost engagement and create opportunities for members to connect and learn.
- Stay updated on the latest Router activities and promptly address community inquiries, ensuring accurate information is shared to maximize user participation and utilization.
- Identify potential scams or fraudulent behavior through continuous monitoring, and take decisive actions such as issuing warnings, enforcing bans, and reporting incidents to maintain a secure environment.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the community remains dynamic and welcoming, while also supporting the rotation of responsibilities every three months to introduce fresh perspectives.
