Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation of financial products such as exchange wealth management and lending.
• Analyze and explore users' usage habits and needs, formulate operational strategies based on the characteristics of each lifecycle, and implement them.
• Understand the development trends of the industry and competitors, propose optimization plans through industry research and competitor research.
• Promote product innovation, deeply understand user needs, continuously polish product experience, and carry out operational work.
• Maintain good communication and collaboration with R&D, marketing, design, and product teams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial product operation or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret user data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful operational strategies.
• Knowledge of financial products and services, particularly in wealth management and lending.
• Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to enhance product performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech or digital financial services.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and product design.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
