Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy DevOps solutions that align with the company's R&D infrastructure and business requirements, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-departmental teams to design and implement DevOps strategies, leveraging expertise from global and local professionals.
• Lead the construction of integrated R&D process toolchains, including workflow standardization, request management systems, project management frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, testing automation, release management protocols, and continuous improvement mechanisms.
• Implement agile and DevOps methodologies across projects and teams, ensuring seamless integration of tools, processes, and best practices into daily operations.
• Formulate DevOps performance metrics and establish a robust R&D efficiency measurement system through technical analysis, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
• Provide organizational-level training and empowerment programs to enhance team capabilities in DevOps practices and tools.
• Monitor and analyze DevOps implementation outcomes to identify areas for improvement and drive innovation in development workflows.
• Ensure compliance with security, compliance, and quality standards across all DevOps processes and toolchains.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and documentation to maintain transparency and consistency in DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in DevOps engineering, with a strong background in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and infrastructure-as-code solutions.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and their integration with DevOps practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid frameworks.
• Excellent knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable and efficient deployment.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet) for automation and orchestration.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and design optimized workflows that improve development efficiency while maintaining security and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external experts in DevOps and related fields.
• Experience in creating and maintaining performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems to measure DevOps success and R&D efficiency.
• Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and continuous integration tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) for collaborative development and testing.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and platforms (Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) for managing workflows, documentation, and automation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive the adoption of DevOps practices through training, mentoring, and hands-on implementation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset to troubleshoot technical challenges and optimize DevOps processes for maximum efficiency.
• Experience with DevOps metrics frameworks (such as DevOps Maturity Model) to assess and improve organizational performance.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of DevOps initiatives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies in the DevOps space.
• Knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, and SRE principles to ensure alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.
• Experience with monitoring and analytics tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) to track DevOps performance and system health.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and its integration with DevOps practices for streamlined operations.
• Ability to document processes, tools, and best practices for knowledge transfer and team onboarding.
