Job Description
The Operations Assistant for the Brand Ambassador Program (EA & SADC regions only) plays a critical role in supporting the execution and optimization of marketing initiatives. This position ensures seamless coordination between regional strategies and program objectives, while also maintaining operational efficiency across multiple countries. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive brand visibility and engagement in target markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Regional Marketing Managers and Team Leads to ensure that country-specific marketing plans are aligned with overarching program priorities. This includes regular meetings, cross-functional coordination, and strategic planning to maintain consistency across all regions.
- Track and evaluate the performance of locally organized marketing campaigns and events, utilizing data analytics tools to measure effectiveness. Provide actionable insights and support to optimize campaign outcomes and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Participate in the development of new program initiatives by delivering timely data and analytical insights. This involves identifying trends, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform strategic decisions.
- Support the preparation of regular updates and monthly reports on the implementation progress and key performance indicators of the Brand Ambassador Program. This includes compiling data, summarizing findings, and presenting clear, concise reports to stakeholders.
- Handle daily administrative tasks within the team, such as managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and maintaining documentation. Ensure that all team operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Act as a liaison between regional teams and central program leadership, facilitating communication and resolving operational bottlenecks to enhance program execution.
- Conduct periodic reviews of campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend adjustments to maximize ROI and brand impact.
- Support the creation of standardized processes for campaign tracking, data collection, and reporting to ensure scalability and consistency across regions.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing operations or program coordination, preferably within multinational environments or cross-regional initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies for campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with regional teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional departments.
- Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, CRM platforms) and reporting software to track campaign performance and generate insights.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability for deliverables, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness in all tasks.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and brand strategy to contribute meaningfully to program development and execution.
- Fluency in English is essential, with additional language skills (e.g., French, Portuguese, or Arabic) being a plus for regional coordination.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and administrative tasks simultaneously.
